The work speaks for itself.

Athletes of Kenya
From fragmented sporting history to a reusable knowledge system.
Kenya's athletics history spans decades of results, biographies, photographs, publications and records held across many different sources.
Athletes of Kenya reconstructed fragmented evidence into a structured, auditable and reusable knowledge foundation built around identity, taxonomy, provenance, verification and reuse.
The public platform is one activation layer of that knowledge system, not the system itself.

Selected Previous Work
More evidence will follow.
Selected previous work reflects experience now carried into Trace & Ledger. We are progressively documenting these projects to the same evidence standard applied to our current work.
FAO — Livestock For Health, Marsabit
Field documentation of project outcomes and implementation evidence through video, capturing successes realised through the Livestock For Health project in Marsabit County, Kenya.
FAO — NAP-Readiness
Multi-county success-story documentation based on beneficiary visits in Busia, Nyamira, Kajiado and Nyeri Counties, recording how the project affected participants' lives.
Technical Knowledge Products
Editing, layout, design and production support for institutional reports, strategies, guidelines and other technical publications.
How We Publish Work
We publish what we can substantiate.
Not every project is ready to become a public case study.
Additional work will be added as its evidence, context and contribution are documented to the standard required for public proof.
We prefer a smaller body of properly supported work to a larger portfolio built on incomplete memory.
Have a knowledge problem that deserves this level of rigour?
We can begin by understanding what exists, what is at risk and what the organisation needs to be able to do with it.
